20 years have passed and ex Botanical Hotel Head Chef Paul Wilson returns to cook alongside current Head Chef Sam Hopkinson for a night not to be missed.
Throughout the evening, both Chefs will craft incredible dishes from inspiring produce to showcase their cooking style and signature dishes from Botanical Hotel – past and present.
