Warming Up This Dry July with Lyre’s American Malt.

As the Winter chill settles in, there’s something undeniably comforting about a slow sip of something rich, warm, and complex. This Dry July, I’m reaching for Lyre’s American Malt — a non-alcoholic spirit that delivers all the depth and character of a classic American whisky, without the alcohol.

Crafted to replicate the flavour experience of traditional whisky, Lyre’s American Malt brings generous notes of vanilla and toasted nuts, layered with herbal complexity, and a mellow finish that lingers just the right amount. On the nose and palate, you’ll also find honeyed sweetness, hints of sweet spice, and the subtle smokiness of charred cedar oak — making it a perfect choice for sipping neat.
