A beautifully balanced wine, even in youth. Intense black and blue fruits with aromas of black pepper and savoury herbs. One for the cellar, but drinks well now.

1  x 2022 Mount Mary Quintet Cabernet Blend
Arguably one of the best Bordeaux blends in the country. Violets, red cherry and spice are complemented by fine tannins and earthy undertones. Will only get better with age.

2 x 2017 Clarendon Hills Domaine Clarendon Syrah
An elegant and juicy Shiraz, quintessential of the McLaren Vale. Graphite, dark chocolate and black olive with juicy blue and black fruits. Beautifully developed and showing very good signs of bottle age.

2 x 2023 Bindi Pyrette Shiraz
A medium bodied and elegant Heathcote Shiraz with mulberry and black plum fruits, encapsulated by sweet spice and ironstone earth. An excellent drop to enjoy as is, right now.
