Shipping & Returns

Standard delivery

We charge a $15 flat rate for Australia-wide standard shipping via Australia Post. For orders $250 and above, shipping is complimentary.

If you would like to arrange express post, please contact us prior to purchase.

Local Pickup

Our Local Pickup service allows you to shop online and pick up your order from our Botanical Hotel Winestore in South Yarra. Simply select ‘Local Pickup’ as your shipping option at checkout, and we will email you as soon as your order is ready. Your order confirmation email and photo ID must be presented upon collection.

Click & Collect orders will be held for seven days. After seven days, your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund. Please contact us if you’re unable to collect your order in this timeframe.

Delivery times

We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times and dates. Orders typically ship in 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to some regional or country areas may exceed 10 business days. If extra time is required, our team will contact you.

Please note, we will not ship orders during extreme heat. In this event, we will advise of any delays.

Not at home?

If there is a possibility you will not be home to receive your order, we suggest choosing to deliver to your work address. In any case, an authorised person over the age of 18 must be available to accept and sign for the goods.


Our returns policy includes the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

If the product you purchase is faulty, damaged, or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will gladly refund you upon proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if we are deemed to be at fault (the wrong product is delivered, the product is faulty or we have breached a consumer guarantee). If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving the goods and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

We understand on some occasions wine can contain ‘faults’. If you believe a wine you purchased is cork tainted or oxidised, you must make arrangements to return the mostly full bottle to Botanical Hotel Winestore for assessment. Please note we cannot guarantee that all corked wine can be replaced, and some may need to be returned to the original supplier for further testing. If determined to be defective, we will provide a replacement, credit or refund and cover the cost of the return freight. Alternatively, you may arrange to drop off the bottle at our South Yarra location by contacting [email protected].
