The Hirsch Hill Estate Chardonnay is bursting with fresh citrus, white peach and mineral characters. It also shows aromas of white flowers, hazelnuts and clear influence from time spent on lees. In addition, the palate is complex with citrus and stone fruit flavours.  Nutty characters and a creamy texture balance the palate. A refreshing acidity and a long finish completes the drinking experience.
