Their focus on pure varietal expression gives elegant wines of exceptional intensity and sense of place.

The cooler climate of Mornington Peninsula allows for a much prolonged ripening season for the grapes. As a result, the Paradigm Hill Col’s Block Shiraz exhibits complex and elegant aromas of mocha, sweet spice and hints of black pepper. Red plum and dark cherry hit the palate with notes of tobacco and oak spice. The tannins are smooth and full, further enhancing the body. Overall, a very well balanced Shiraz with elegance and finesse. Enjoy now or cellar further for 10 years or more.
