Bissoni is located in the hills of Emilia Romagna in central Italy. Sangiovese is the principal grape in this location, although the wines have not yet entered the world stage compared to their Tuscan cousins.
With classic flavours of red plum and sour cherry, this wine will not disappoint. Firm tannins give a balanced grip combined with a pretty nose of red fruits and sweet spice. A very good value Sangiovese with more power and elegance than the price may suggest.
