Bringing back to life grape varieties such as St Laurent and Zweigelt, the duo won Winemaker of the Year in 2014.
Fermented using ambient yeasts and then matured for 6 months in old French barrels, this wine has a pure palate. It has notes of spicy cherries and brambly fruit along with delicate whiffs of smoked meats. A medium bodied wine with sweet spice and earthy aromas, it is a perfect match for salty and savoury charcuterie.
