Classic Lasagne

Using premium O’Connor beef in our ragu is the first step in our classic lasagne. Creamy béchamel, a sprinkling of parmesan and a few other spices makes it less fussy than those fancy Italians! Serves 2

Shepherd's Pie

Our Shepherd's Pie is made from Australian lamb slowly braised in a rich gravy with peas, herbs and spices, topped with creamy whipped potatoes. Serves 3

Our Beef Bourguignon is the perfect T.V. dinner. Tender chunks of beef braised in red wine with loads of vegetables and creamy whipped potatoes makes this hard to pass up on a cold night. Serves 1

Chicken, Leek and Mushroom Pie

Free range Milawa chicken and stock are the backbones of our chicken, leek and mushroom pie. Rich gravy with thyme and sage binds it all together and a layer of careme all-butter puff pastry finishes it off. Serves 2

Sri Lankan Fish Curry

Our Sri Lankan fish curry is an aromatic and lightly spiced curry made using Snapper.  With the mild spice it won’t overpower your taste buds. Serves 1

Tuna Mornay

Our Tuna Mornay is an upgrade of the Aussie mid-week classic.  It contains Aussie Skipjack tuna, plenty of vegetables and pasta bound in a creamy mornay sauce and topped with toasty breadcrumbs.  Same same but different! Serves 2

Whole Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder

1.1kg Victorian lamb shoulder, slow-roasted overnight in malted barley, potato puree. A delicious meal made for sharing. Serves 4

Apple Crumble

Our apple crumble is made with 100% Australian Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples, simmered with brown sugar and spices topped with oaty crumble. It is perfect with St David's Dairy cream. Serves 4

Sticky Date Pudding

Stewed Californian Medjool dates are mixed into this decadent pudding baked with spices. Butterscotch sauce is soaked into the pudding to keep it moist and rich. Serves 4

Peach & Raspberry Cobbler

Our raspberry and peach cobbler is made from gently cooked peaches and raspberries baked under a buttery cookie-like dough.  It's then dusted with a little raw sugar for good measure. Add some St David's Dairy cream to finish it off. Serves 4
